It's no secret - fitness training has been proven to prevent disease, strengthen your health and improve your confidence and outlook on life. As an ISSA student working toward my certification to be a trainer, I'm learning about everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. So if you want to live a stronger and more confident life, I will soon have the training and the expertise to help you every step of the way.
Goals and aspirations are more easily realized and achieved when balance is present in our lives. That balance comes through self-awareness, understanding, and the willingness to approach yourself and your goals in a strategic way. I'm trained to act as your mirror and brainstorming buddy and to understand what is driving certain habits so you move from feeling overwhelmed to confident, and exhausted to excited and focused. The vision you have for your health and your life is, equally, important and deserves to be actualized.
Through Freedom Franklin's QIC Certification Course, I have been trained to assist people in walking back to the past, clearing out the attachment that is holding them back, and planting new seeds in their place so that a more empowered and whole version of themselves can come through. This serves as beneficial, even along someone's health journey, because many of our habits - or the things that continue to trip us up - can be traced back to a distant memory. If you want to create real change, it's an inside-out job.
After graduating from East Carolina University, I was able to take with me a well of knowledge pertaining to why we do the things that we do. For any goal to be successful, we need to better understand who we are and who we have been so we can step into a new version of ourselves. From learning about the impact of societal norms on our daily habits to learning about our own interpersonal impact on our daily habits, my education and experience lend me the ability to help guide you to a greater understanding of yourself so you can achieve and sustain the healthy lifestyle that you want.
